Cold gas-dynamic spraying technology that causes penetration of powder coatings made of metals (Al, Zn, Cu, Fe, Ti, Ni, Co, etc.), alloys (bronze, brass, stainless steel, etc.), powder mixtures, including non-metals, polymers, etc. e. on products made of metals and dielectrics, including ceramics and glass, as well as sealing new materials. The deposition was carried out by a high-speed flow of "cold" powder particles, a rapidly developing supersonic jet gas jet at a temperature significantly lower than the melting point of the material particles.
Advantages:
• only compressed air and electricity 3.5 kW are required for operation;
• no heating and oxidation of metal particles and substrates, deformations, changes in the structure of metals (substrate temperature is less than 100-150 degrees C);
• no harmful and aggressive gases, observations, discussions and other symbols
